QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferably from any Western university.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating policies as needed.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and training to management and employees on HR policies and best practices.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
