JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred)
  • At least a high school degree
  • Proven experience in human resources management
  • Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility or long term care facility
  • Strong background in conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Long term care: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for succession planning and talent management
  • Handle conflict management and resolution among employees
  • Manage staff effectively to optimize organizational performance
  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance assessments
