JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred)
- At least a high school degree
- Proven experience in human resources management
- Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility or long term care facility
- Strong background in conflict resolution and employee relations
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
EXPERIENCE:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Long term care: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for succession planning and talent management
- Handle conflict management and resolution among employees
- Manage staff effectively to optimize organizational performance
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance assessments
- Manage recruiting processes and ensure the hiring of qualified candidates
- Organize employee orientation programs
- Maintain accurate employee records of benefits, insurance, hires and terminations
- Prepare HR reports as requested by the Administrator
