  Using state of the art manufacturing processes, this renown pharmaceutical manufacturer is prominent in their class. A global company with a strong and growing local presence, they are seeking a talented HR professional to head up their quality team.

AS A MEMBER OF THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM, YOUR ROLE WILL BE EXPANSIVE AND WILL INCLUDE:

• Collaborating with other senior colleagues to champion and drive initiatives and values recognition across the business
• Developing and expanding workforce planning including identification and qualifying of current and future needs and managing the recruitment process
• Champion and lead the talent management of current staff including routine performance reviews, succession planning and training & development initiatives
• Manage ER, including developing solutions and mentoring managers in conflict resolution strategies
• Provide daily management of the HR department and related HR functions.
• Oversee the payroll and general admin functions as appropriate.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Have at least 5 years experience in a senior HR role, backed by formal qualifications in HR or related discipline
• Be current in Employment Law practices and demonstrate solid understanding of the modern award and agreement structures
• Ideally have experience in a modern manufacturing environment within the food or pharmaceutical sector
• Lead by example and possess excellent communication skills
• Be positive, empathetic and have a genuine passion for people
