REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably major in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience as a Human Resources Manager or its equivalent.
  • Effective leadership, someone who is hands-on, especially in manpower planning.
  • Sound knowledge of the local Employment Act, and all other related legislation.
  • Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask and manage tasks independently

Responsibilities

We are seeking for an experienced Group Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our organization.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR matters within the southeast asia region, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws and regulations. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the HR matters, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including performance management programs, career development initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, and other employee benefits.
  • Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
