Join Our Team as a Human Resources Manager in Chile!
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and innovate within our dynamic organization. As a key strategic advisor, you will play a pivotal role along with HR initiatives in business goals, fostering a culture of adaptability, and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters for the leadership team.
  • Lead collective bargaining agreements and maintain strong union relationships.
  • Design and implement HR policies aligned with business strategy and Chilean labor laws.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and career development programs.
  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational growth.
  • Supervise compliance, health and safety, and risk management programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to optimize workforce strategies.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in HR leadership, ideally within multinational companies.
  • Proven expertise in union relations and labor law compliance.
  • Experience with SuccesFactors and Payroll systems.
  • Strong skills in coaching, communication, and change management.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive, organized, and a team-oriented leader.
