We are looking for an exceptional HR Manager to join our amazing team.
In this generalist, standalone role, you will be responsible for the full HR remit and employee lifecycle events.
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing and leadership experience. This is a very hands on role with a mix of operational (70%) and strategic (30%) duties.

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
• Standalone: 1 year (preferred

You will be responsible for:

• all aspects of the HR function including recruitment, employee relations, job design and organizational restructures, compliance, training and development, HRIS.
• Lead and participate in HR projects and policy reviews as needed.
• Full employee life cycle support and overview
• Assisting/supporting payroll
• Working with managers to support and guide them through any HR issues in accordance with HR policies and procedures, best practice and employment legislation
• Responsible for effective case management of employee relations issues
• Advise managers on recruitment and selection initiatives and help implement appropriate selection processes.

Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or above
