What you’ll do
As our HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading HR operations across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. You’ll:
Lead and support regional HR teams, ensuring consistency and compliance
Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations for Group Management
Contribute to global HR initiatives and projects
Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
Drive performance, development, and engagement across the region
Report monthly to our Group HR department
You’ll report directly to the Managing Director in Australia, with a dotted line to our Chief HR Officer (based in Norway).
