Job Details Job Location: Anaheim, CA 92807 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 Salary Job Shift: 1st Shift Brief Description: The Human Resource Manager is directly responsible for the overall management, administration, coordination, evaluation and continuous improvement of the human resource function within the organization. This position guides, mentors & develops the employees within the department. Plan, direct and manage all Human Resource functions in a non-union manufacturing facility including but not limited to Talent Development & Retention, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Change Management, Comp & Benefits Administration, Policy Development & Implementation, Regulatory Compliance, etc. Promote and foster a positive work environment throughout the facility by supporting company values and effectively investigating concerns, complaints, or allegations, reporting conclusions and recommendations as appropriate. Provide leadership and counsel to management and associates alike as needed. Work closely with the management team in establishing and implementing HR policies, procedures and guidelines. Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Management capacity in a manufacturing environment. Human Resources experience in an aerospace environment preferred. Must be knowledgeable in California employment law. Ability to develop strong cross functional partnerships with management team members supporting organizational objectives while simultaneously serving as advocate for employees. Ability to support a fast-paced environment where competing demands and changing priorities are the norm. Ability to think and act analytically. Must be motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency, high priority on quality, attention to detail and achieving results. Exceptional interpersonal skills including listening, speaking and writing required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources or related field. Proficient in MSOffice applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc). Ability to use mathematics to meet job requirements. Bilingual English-Spanish a plus. PHR or SPHR Certification a plus. Company: Manufacturer of Aerospace and specialty fasteners.
