  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is preferred.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employee development strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., CHRP) is an asset.
