Based out of Carnegie, PA, the HR Manager is responsible for providing advice, support and execution in a wide variety of human resources related areas including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations, training, talent management, risk/compliance, organizational development, and special projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree required, with degree in Human Resources Management, Employment Labor Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration or related subject matte preferred.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, talent management, preferably in the manufacturing industry and with management experience preferred.
  3. Flexibility, sense of humor, strong commitment to collaboration, and resourcefulness.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  10. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  11. Thorough knowledge of federal wage and hour laws, and regulations related to FMLA, OSHA, EEO and ADA.
  12. Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and ADP’s Workforce Now platform.
  13. Self-directed and a quick learner with the ability to achieve results while working under the pressures of shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
