HR Manager Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters for the BYD Europe Netherlands entity, and also Benelux region. Establish and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Netherlands labor laws and also under the guidance of BYD HQ policy. Coordinate with our HQ HR team (China/Hungary) to implement corporate HR practices in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement etc. Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding. Manage employment contracts, employee documentation, and HR administration with SSC team’ support Manage coordinating payroll and benefits with external providers and SSC team Manage local employee relations, workplace compliance, and health & safety policies Contribute to culture building and employee experience in a growing cross-cultural environment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an international company. Good understanding of Dutch labor law and HR practices. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a start-up environment. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Dutch and Chinese is a plus. Experience working with Chinese companies or in a multicultural setting is a plus. With management leadership experience with 5~10 members of HR team is a plus. Location: Belgium/Brussel Type of Employment: Full-time/ 5day onsite
