The HR Manager position in Benelux is responsible for empowering our organization in the allocated territory by delivering innovative HR solutions that drive business performance, enhance employee experience, and foster a culture of excellence. As a strategic partner of the business, the HR Manager will contribute to develop a highly engaged, skilled, and adaptable workforce that consistently delivers exceptional results and supports the company’s growth in an ever-evolving business landscape.
This role will be responsible for leading and developing the HR function in the territory, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient operations and professional growth of team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Has a record of a minimum of 5 year-experience in an HR managerial role. Possesses strong experience in employee relations and working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Has proven experience in supporting successful implementations of HR systems in the organizations, being Workday background an advantage.
Must have very good English & Dutch skills. French knowledge would be a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, and succession planning for the entire company.
Support managers in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce efficiency.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent for all positions.
Develop and deliver training programs tailored to staff needs and business objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the organization.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive culture throughout the company.
Advise on compensation and benefits strategies for all roles.
Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation initiatives and communicating effectively with all levels of staff.
Understand the current staffing and retention levels at all locations.
Develop, organise, and facilitate HR good practices and programmes to meet the business needs and comply with employment legislation.
Oversee the entire payroll processing and distribution, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees while maintaining compliance with internal procedures, labor laws and tax regulations.
Manage various projects as assigned.
