Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in HR management, ideally in the Germany.
• Familiarity with Germany employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.

SKILLS:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Should be German speaker and locally available in Germany.
