About the position

At Synprodo, our people come first. With over 100 enthusiastic colleagues, our team forms the heart of the organization. As HR Manager, you are responsible for the HR policy at our branches in Wijchen and Zwartsluis. In this role, you ensure a work environment where employees feel engaged and can perform optimally. You work together with one HR employee, who works part-time for BEWI Synprodo.

What will you be doing?

As HR Manager, you are the central point of contact for all HR-related matters within our organization and also act as a sparring partner for the management team. Your range of duties is broad and varied, including responsibility for:

• The entire HR department of the 2 locations Wijchen and Zwartsluis;
• The vision regarding our HR strategy, which emphasizes strategic workforce planning, employee satisfaction, and team and individual development. You translate this into a concrete approach, for which you are also responsible;
• Coaching and career advice to employees, supporting them in their personal and professional development;
• HR administration, including submitting salary changes, managing our time registration system, and preparing reports for our holding company (in English);
• The absenteeism guidance of our employees and the management of our leased vehicle fleet;
• Together with the HR employee, you manage the recruitment and selection process in collaboration with external parties;
• Participating in local MT meetings and HR meetings with our holding company BEWI;
• You also collaborate in the HR field with sister organization BEWI IsoBouw, acting as a representative of our organization.

Your Profile

In addition to being a senior HR business partner who is enthusiastic about further developing our HR department, you possess:

• A higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in the field of HR, Organizational Studies, Employment Law, Work and Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration;
• Experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager within a manufacturing organization;
• A people-oriented and results-oriented attitude;
• Availability of 36 or 40 hours per week;
• A good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
