Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Organize and maintain comprehensive employee records, including personal files, offer
letters, passports, IDs, pictures, leave and loan requests, and warning letters.
2. Prepare monthly salary details in collaboration with the Finance Department.
3. Monitor visa renewals, employee passports, licenses, contracts, and related documents,
ensuring compliance and avoiding delays.
4. Conduct annual performance reviews to assess employee performance and guide salary
increments.
5. Coordinate transportation and accommodation for employees and laborers.
6. Collaborate with management to determine hiring needs and oversee the recruitment
process.
7. Manage termination procedures, including leave salary calculations and end-of-service
responsibilities.
8. Organize employee vacation schedules and travel arrangements.
9. Oversee employee insurance coverage, including medical, factory, and vehicle insurance.
10. Prepare and submit regular reports on visa and documentation status to management.
11. Maintain oversight of PRO, IT support and biometric attendance tracking, and camera
systems.
