DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (experience in real estate or construction is a big plus).
  • Familiar with UAE labor laws and HR processes.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee support.
  • Strong communication and people skills — able to build trust with employees at all levels.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at solving problems.
  • Comfortable with MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Professional, discreet, and respectful when handling sensitive matters.
  • Certifications like CIPD or SHRM are a plus, but not a must.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Take charge of the full recruitment process – from finding the right talent to welcoming them on board.
  • Keep employee files, records, and HR systems up to date and compliant with UAE labor laws.
  • Help create and implement clear HR policies that support both the company and employees.
  • Arrange training and workshops to help employees grow in their roles and careers.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave requests in a smooth and timely way.
  • Support the team with employee relations by listening, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Assist managers during performance reviews and provide tools for fair feedback.
  • Work closely with PROs for visas, contracts, and all government-related processes.
  • Plan small events, gatherings, or activities that keep the team motivated and engaged.
  • Prepare HR reports and share insights with management for better decision-making.
