We are now looking to fill the role of HR Manager (On-site) to join our team and support the rapidly growing need of the company. You will work directly and closely with the internal HR team and upper management to create a positive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Requirements, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), minimum four years of human resources experience preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HRBP, or similar HR leadership role.
• Proficiency in Chinese is strongly preferred.
• PHR or similar HR certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Food/Restaurant Industry experience is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environmen

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent that supports business growth. Partner with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
• Employee Relations (ER) and State Compliance: Focus on fostering positive employee relations while ensuring adherence to state-specific labor laws and regulations.
• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with the management team to understand business objectives, identify HR needs, and implement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure Legal Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Regularly review and update policies and practices to reflect changes in legal and recommended best practices.
• Advisor to Leadership: Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on key organizational and management issues.
• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing HR team to effectively support business operations.
• HR Process Management: Develop and oversee HR practices and processes covering employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance.
• Performance Management Support: Provide managers with tools and guidance to ensure effective coaching, counseling, career development, and appropriate disciplinary actions.
• Mission Alignment: Contribute to achieving organizational goals by delivering measurable HR results and outcomes as required.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
