Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Port Talbot
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm (Flexible Hours)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation. You will also support recruitment efforts as needed but with a broader focus on developing and maintaining a strong company culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing all HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on HR matters, including performance management and employee development.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and motivated workforce.
  • Assisting with recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Overseeing HR administration, including payroll coordination, holiday tracking, and contract management.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives to help employees progress in their careers.
  • Leading wellbeing and employee support programmes.
