HR MANAGER – DRIVING GROWTH AND SHAPING THE FUTURE

Location: Leatherhead, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our HR function from part-time to full-time. We are looking for a forward-thinking, strategic HR Manager who can help drive our ambitious growth and put in place the procedures and development strategies we need for the future.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, innovative, and ready to challenge existing processes to create a best-in-class HR function. You will work across learning and development, recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while also supporting our ISO 9001 and pharma-GMP quality systems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Experience developing and implementing learning and development strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across the business.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
