The role
We’re seeking an experienced HR Office Manager to oversee the group’s day-to-day HR operations. You’ll lead the HR office team and ensure employee processes, records and reporting are handled accurately and consistently across all locations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including offers, onboarding, documentation, transfers and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee files and HR records.
- Manage leave, attendance and end-of-service calculations, and provide timely payroll inputs to Finance.
- Coordinate with the company PRO on visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID and labour card processing.
- Support compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, WPS and Emiratisation obligations.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary processes, maintaining clear written records and escalating when needed.
- Manage, develop and allocate work across a team of four HR staff.
- Administer the HRMS/HRIS, including configuration, data migration, staff training and ongoing maintenance.
- Prepare monthly reports covering headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment and open positions.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and recruitment administration with department heads and site managers.
- Support staff accommodation, transport and welfare arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the UAE or wider GCC, with working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
- Experience in a multi-site business with a large frontline workforce, preferably in hospitality, food and beverage, catering, retail, facilities management or logistics.
- Practical experience administering or implementing an HRMS/HRIS.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence preparing reports independently.
- Strong written English, attention to detail, discretion and sound employee-relations judgment.
- CIPD, SHRM or equivalent qualification is an advantage. Arabic is also an advantage.
