We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager with experience in the e-commerce industry to lead HR operations, talent management, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will drive HR processes, employee engagement, and support business growth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle Lead talent acquisition for high-volume hiring (warehouse, logistics, customer support, tech roles) Implement and manage HRIS systems (Workday/SAP/SuccessFactors preferred) Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management processes Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes Lead HR transformation initiatives and process improvements Requirements 3–5 years of HR experience in the e-commerce / online retail industry Strong experience in HR operations and talent acquisition Exposure to HR systems (HRIS) and process automation Good understanding of UAE Labour Law Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
