Work Location: 1 Changi Business Park Cres, #02-11 Podium C, Singapore 486025

All aspects of HR Duties & Responsibilities which include the following:

  • Posting job vacancies based on company requirements in indeed, career future, company website, linked in and other job portals.
  • Head Hunting candidates using internet sources
  • Screening and selecting candidate resumes.
  • Coordinating and arranging interviews with candidates.
  • Preparing and sending email offers and employment contracts.
  • Conducting reference checks on candidates’ certificates and prior employment (with consent).
  • Ensuring teachers complete the safeguarding in education course.
  • Managing the biometric attendance system for staff check-in and check-out.
  • Monitor the HR leave application system via Quick HR.
  • Organizing and maintaining employee personnel records by updating the HR system and individual staff folders.
  • Handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for work permits, S Passes, and EPs.
  • Processing monthly payroll and CPF submissions.
  • Filing IRAS 21 and IRAS 8A submissions
  • Applying for government-paid leave for maternity, paternity, childcare, and NS leave.
  • Submitting levy waiver applications for foreign employees.
  • Managing Company and student insurance matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience , with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act , MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding , and HRIS systems (e.g., QuickHR preferred).
  • Prior exposure to facilities management , IT troubleshooting , and procurement is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with NEA compliance and experience acting as an ECC (Environmental Control Coordinator) is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and LinkedIn for recruitment and operations.
