JOB SUMMARY

Chief Isaac Group is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead the company’s HR functions, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and policy development to support the organization’s continued growth and success.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of HR management or leadership experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is an asset).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Leadership: Ability to build strong relationships, foster a positive workplace, and guide teams effectively.
  • Technology: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and payroll software.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
Responsibilities
  • HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Oversee hiring processes, onboarding, and retention programs to attract top talent.
