JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the fintech sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of fintech roles, including technical positions (e.g., software developers, data analysts, product managers) and non-technical roles (e.g., compliance, marketing, sales).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Employer Branding:
