Description
  1. Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate joining.
  2. Understand client requirements, job descriptions, salary budgets, and hiring timelines.
  3. Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  4. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability.
  5. Shortlist and submit qualified candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
  6. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on feedback.
  7. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Negotiate salary and other employment terms within the approved budget.
  9. Coordinate offer letters, documentation, visa requirements, medicals, and joining formalities.
  10. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  11. Ensure accurate documentation and timely status updates for all vacancies.
  12. Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize dropouts.
  13. Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for recurring and urgent requirements.
  14. Support bulk recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and client hiring campaigns when required.
  15. Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, HR, and other internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment.
  16. Provide regular recruitment progress reports, including sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
  17. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
  18. Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in line with company policies and UAE employment regulations.
