Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
• Monitor HR KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
• Manage HRIS, employee records, visa documentation, and statutory compliance.
• Coach and support department managers on HR best practices.
• Drive organizational development and continuous process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR are preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
