You’ll work across the full HR spectrum—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, training, engagement, and talent management. You’ll also collaborate with HR colleagues across the group, sharing best practices and helping to implement corporate initiatives locally. What You’ll Do · Recruitment & Onboarding: Support hiring managers with job postings, interviews, and welcoming new team members. · Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. · Talent Development: Create training plans, support career growth, and manage performance reviews. · Coaching and Education: Provide front-line coaching to managers on people-related issues, performance management, and policy application. Coordinate training on HR processes (e.g., performance reviews, goal setting, onboarding). · Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives that build a positive, inclusive, and energised workplace culture. · HR Systems Reporting & Analysis: Leverage tools such as Workday to maintain accurate data and provide workforce reporting (e.g., turnover, headcount, hiring metrics) to business leaders. Support administrative processes including leaves, benefits coordination, and documentation. · Employee Relations: Respond to employee relations matters and investigations by gathering facts, assessing risk, and escalating appropriately. Offer sound HR guidance in partnership with Legal and HR leadership. · Policy & Compliance: Align local HR practices with Spanish labour law and group-wide standards. Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures. Assist with the communication and rollout of HR policies and regulatory updates across supported teams. · Pay & Reward: Support annual pay reviews and help shape fair and motivating reward structures. · Collaboration: Work closely with other HR colleagues across Cultura and Volaris What We’re Looking For · Generalist HR experience, ideally in a small or growing business with hands-on experience across all areas of HR · Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR operations. · Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. · Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. · Self-starter with a collaborative mindset. · High attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with sensitive information · Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English.
