This will be your job.
In this position, you are responsible for the staff services of the Infra Division (270 FTE). This includes procurement, finance, communications, sustainability, information management, safety, and NEXT, the business unit for technology and innovation. Additionally, you sit on the Management Team of Dura Vermeer Infra Grondstoffen and manage the HR Business Partner of Dura Vermeer Haven & Industrie. You act as a strategic sparring partner for managers and translate the organizational strategy into a concrete HR vision for the areas of focus falling under your responsibility. You operate primarily at the intersection of strategic and tactical HR but are also willing to roll up your sleeves when necessary.In this varied and challenging role, you contribute to organizational development (including leadership), implementing the management development policy, team development, and various other HR issues. You are people- and results-oriented, and with your knowledge of strategic workforce planning and people analytics, you help our organization take a step further towards more data-driven HR. With your strong organizational sensitivity and advisory skills, you know how to guide and advise managers. You will primarily work at our office in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn.This is what you bringHBO or WO education, for example in the field of HRM, Business Administration, Work and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Sciences, or Hotel Management.At least 7 years of relevant work experience as an HR Manager in a Management Team.Demonstrable and substantive expertise in the field of people analytics. High degree of organizational sensitivity, excellent communication and advisory skills, data-driven, analytical.A healthy dose of humorYou are available 32 - 40 hours per week (less than 32 hours is not negotiable).This is what we offer youThe salary for this position ranges between €7,610 and €9,512 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance.
