Our client is a microfinance organization with over 102 branches spread across 20 states in Nigeria. They currently have their HeadQuarters in Ikoba, Benin—Edo state. Alongside their microfinance business, they also champion an NGO cause, which also spans across these states mentioned. The human resource manager will oversee recruitment, staff welfare, performance management, policy implementation, and general human resource administration within the organization. Working Hours: Full Time - 9am to 5pm Applicant Location: Ikoba (Benin, Edo, Nigeria). Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation Implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance Coordinate training and staff development programs Maintain employee records and confidentiality Support management in workforce planning and organizational development Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field 3 to 5 years proven experience in HR management or administration Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices Must be highly proficient in computer usage and technology Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, HR software, and digital communication tools Strong organizational and communication skills Experience manage large staff strength would be an added advantage. Benefits Salary: 350,000 - 500,000 net Other Benfits: 13-month, bonuses, Pension, HMO etc.
