Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with at least 5 years of proven HR experience in the UAE. This is a standalone role where you will manage the entire HR function, including recruitment, Emiratization programs, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labour laws.
The right candidate will be confident, proactive, and capable of handling HR operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including Emiratization initiatives.
  • Manage employee contracts, visa processing, and renewals.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and employee engagement.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in Emiratization hiring.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law.
  • Ability to work independently and manage all HR functions alone.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
