JOB DESCRIPTION

As an HR manager, you will provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project and initiative progress.

  • Min. of 3 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and recruitment tools.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced environment such as BPO, shared services, or similar industries.
  • Strong skills in data interpretation and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong people management focus.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Offer guidance and expertise in employee relations, policy application, and workplace best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve organizational processes and overall business performance through observation and analysis.
