JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the Singapore region, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and consistency with group-level goals.
  • Analyze the local talent landscape to enhance recruitment and retention strategies, with a focus on attracting professionals in technical, R&D, and commercial functions. Drive employer branding initiatives and diversify talent sourcing channels.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s labor laws and industry standards , while addressing employee queries, managing grievances and disputes, and fostering a healthy, productive work environment.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks to maintain market competitiveness. Lead performance management processes and support leadership in talent evaluation and development.
  • Identify and address training and development needs , designing programs to enhance both technical skills and managerial capabilities. Champion the development of high-potential employees and leadership succession planning.
  • Support the management and integration of expatriate employees , promoting effective cross-cultural engagement and a unified company culture.
