Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures.
Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's HR and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
Establish recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs, and counsel managers on candidate selection.
Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates, and collaborate with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for open positions.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and research and propose competitive base salary and incentive programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources management and talent acquisition.
Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Hear and resolve employee grievances and counsel employees and supervisors.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Support management in handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR laws and regulations and maintaining appropriate records.
