he Human Resource Manager (HR Manager) will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including strategic planning for staffing, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, employment law and compliance, compensation and employee benefits administration, developing HR systems, and enforcing company policies and practices. Should be well versed with UAE, KSA, Philippines and India labour laws (including pension laws and benefits).
