The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, approachable, and experienced in managing HR within a fast-paced environment. Our benefits include: Paid time off, paid holidays, and 401(k) with a 4% employer match 80% employer-paid medical insurance for employees, with optional dental, vision, and family plans Pet insurance, legal insurance, identity theft protection, travel insurance, and employee discount programs Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Culture Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership regarding HR-related matters Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution, investigations, corrective actions, and performance concerns Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, communication, retention, and workplace culture Coach managers on employee management best practices and documentation People Operations Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR systems Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal procedures Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and organizational needs Assist with performance review processes and employee development initiatives Monitor and improve HR workflows and operational efficiency Compliance & HR Legalities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare workforce regulations Manage HR documentation, audits, and reporting requirements Handle sensitive and confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion Coordinate with legal counsel when necessary regarding employment-related matters Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, EEOC, FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and other applicable regulations Recruiting & Talent Support Recruitment responsibilities for physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff positions remain under the direction of designated leadership teams. The HR Manager will serve as the primary recruiter for administrative, operational, corporate, and other non-clinical support roles across the organization. Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure timely hiring processes. Participate in interviews and assist with candidate evaluation and selection for assigned positions. Maintain applicant tracking, candidate communications, and hiring documentation within Paylocity. Monitor recruiting metrics, identify hiring trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness. Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a multi-site organization Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations Experience managing HR functions in a growing organization Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
