Louis Vuitton is opening a new warehouse in Italy and we are looking for the future HR Manager of this site!
As a member of the HR Industrial logistics team, the HR manager will manage overall Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the warehouse. He/she will be the local business partner, primarily acting as a consultant for company’s management on all issues related to human resources and supporting the growth of the site.

Missions

  • Actively participate in the creation of the new warehouse in Italy by contributing to the structuration of the team, its growth and development.
  • Be the strategic business partner for the warehouse management team, federating people and sharing the vision, in order to reach business objectives
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees in relation to day-to-day activities and issues, assuring daily follow-up and timely support within the warehouse
  • Provide employees with information about policies, job responsibilities, conditions, C&B , job opportunities and benefits
  • Enforce HR guidelines and policies locally, adapting them to local needs
  • Create and maintain a committed team and develop a trusty environment
  • Manage properly the social climate to keep a positive and favorable social environment
  • Guarantee compliance with laws, internal rules or policies and collective agreements
  • Manage the relationship with internal Union representatives
  • Negotiate local agreement accordingly to the business needs (e.g. working time)
  • Enforce LV safety & security guidelines and KPIs across different departments
  • Implement & follow-up of operational indicators, to support business targets
  • Attract candidates and define expectations for the interview process.
  • Accompany job interview processes and advise managers on candidate selection
  • Plan and organize a proper induction for the new employees while monitoring probation periods
  • Partner with leadership team to develop succession plans
  • Enforce individual & team performance, as well as adherence to workplace culture
  • Ensure the annual performance review cycle and respect of C&B policies/ guidelines
  • Manage performance and disciplinary issues, in compliance with the law
  • Participate in HR activities and projects at Maison and Group level

Profil

  • Master’s Degree required, preferably in HR management
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge of Italian Labour Law and HR legal compliance
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and impactful leadership
  • Hands on attitude and autonomy in the role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage and motivate others
  • Excellent change management skills
  • Able to deal multiple priorities within a fast-paced & changing environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional & cross-cultural teams
  • Capability to interact with all hierarchical levels
  • Fluent in Italian & English, French is a plus
