Together with over 9,000 colleagues, we work daily on safe environments for clients with a significant societal impact.

As HR Manager, you are at the heart of operations. You are visible, involved, and effortlessly switch between strategic HR issues, tactical choices, and daily practice. You will have ample room to take ownership and further professionalize HR within a region that is undergoing rapid development.

In doing so, you work on themes such as leadership development, absenteeism reduction, sustainable employability, vitality, recruitment, employee retention, HR analytics, and employee engagement.

You are not only an advisor but also a driver. You bring sharpness, ask the right questions, and help managers take ownership. By investing in leadership, team development, and collaboration, you contribute to a work environment where people feel seen, valued, and responsible.

You lead the regional HR team and collaborate functionally with recruitment and the HR Service Center. You report to the Director of HR Management and are part of the HR team of the Trigion division. This means you have a great combination of independent entrepreneurship in your own region and close collaboration with HR colleagues from other regions and central expert teams.

What you get

You will join a professional, socially relevant organization that is constantly evolving. At Trigion, you will have the opportunity to make HR visibly valuable to employees, managers, and clients.

We offer you, among other things:
