Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources for our facilities management division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and facilities management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding - Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment - Develop and implement training and development programs for employees - Manage performance evaluations and provide guidance on career development - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations - Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions - Monitor and manage employee benefits and compensation packages - Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and facilities management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR. - Real Estate Facility Management Experience is a must. - Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficient in HRIS and MS Office - Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
