As HR Manager, you are ultimately responsible for HR within Follo. From operations to policy: contracts, changes, onboarding, employment conditions, process improvement, and the HR strategy for approximately 150 colleagues – you are responsible for it all. You ensure structure, continuity, and direction in an organization that is constantly in motion due to growth, mergers, and internationalization.

You perform this independently, but certainly not alone. You work closely with office team managers, finance, the office manager, and external HR partners. You are the central figure connecting all the dots. You report to the COO.

This is a role for someone who hands-on lays the foundation and sets the strategic course. You ensure it is right. Today and in three years.

What you are working on

• Ultimate responsibility for the entire HR domain (± 150 FTE)
• Developing HR policies and strategies that grow with Follo
• Improving and harmonizing HR processes and employment conditions
• Managing daily HR operational tasks
• Coordinating and checking the payroll administration
• Arranging on- and offboarding (NL & international)
• Management and optimization of HR systems (NMBRS)
• Integrating new colleagues and acquired companies
• Sparring partner for team managers, the board, and finance.
• Contact person for external HR partners.

• 5+ years of experience in the HR domain
• good knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations (knowledge of Belgian regulations is a plus)
• experience with improving HR processes and developing policies
• accuracy, independence and ownership
• that you are comfortable with many changes, questions, and ad-hoc situations
• that you speak and write Dutch and English well
