Responsibilities

    • You own and optimize our global HRIS and lead audits, automations, and vendor evaluations to ensure our systems are scalable, compliant, and efficient.

    • You lead and execute strategic HR operations projects—from shopping for new tools to process redesign, ensuring our documentation and workflows are always accurate and up to date.
    • You proactively identify siloed processes, broken workflows, or outdated data, and take the lead in updating or reengineering them with accuracy and efficiency.
    • You act as the primary HR point of contact for complex employee relations and offboarding processes, including terminations, with a strong grasp of country-specific legal nuances.
    • You collaborate closely with People, Legal, Finance, and team leads to align on cross-functional workflows and deliver compliant, effective outcomes.
    • You ensure our employment practices remain legally sound and compliant, particularly in Switzerland, Germany, and France, and stay on top of changes in global labor laws.
    • You act as a thought partner to our Director of People.
