HR Manager About the Company My client is a private Family Office managing diversified investments and long-term wealth planning across the region. The organization operates with high standards of professionalism, discretion, and strategic growth. As part of expansion, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support talent acquisition and HR operations. Job Responsibilities Recruitment - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process. - Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other local channels. - Work closely with management on manpower planning. - Manage and coordinate with external recruitment agencies and headhunters. Payroll & Compensation - Oversee monthly payroll processing. - Manage salary structure, bonuses, and benefits. - Ensure compliance with local labor regulations. HR Operations - Handle onboarding and offboarding processes. - Maintain employee contracts and HR documentation. - Draft and implement HR policies. - Conduct KPI reviews and performance evaluation processes. - Support employee relations matters. Requirements Minimum 2 years of HR experience. Diploma or above. Recruitment experience is required. Payroll experience. Fluent in Chinese and English. Experience in financial services, investment, or family office preferred (candidates from other industries are also welcome).
