We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Maintain and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance and engagement.
  • Present HR metrics and reports to senior management, communicating insights effectively.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop appropriate solutions.
