Overview:
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team.
This is a work from home position. To support operational needs and business hours, candidates should reside in Texas.

You will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. You will be responsible for managing assigned functional departments in accordance with company goals and objectives.

  • Creates, documents, and implements effective, efficient, and compliant procedures
  • Develops team members
  • Partners with other departments and external vendors to achieve required change
  • Coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
  • Serves as an escalation contact for internal clients.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR-related areas
  • Experience implementing and integrating HR or Payroll systems
  • Familiarity with employment-related state and federal regulations preferred
