This is a hybrid role and you will be required to travel between Veenendaal, Utrecht and Groningen.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As HR Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll work closely with site leadership teams and the wider People & Culture function to bring our group HR strategy to life across our Dutch operations. You’ll be instrumental in embedding our UK-developed people frameworks while tailoring solutions to fit local legislation and cultural nuances.
This role is a mix of operational delivery and strategic support—perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves but also enjoys influencing at a senior level.

  • Support new site launches and workforce planning to scale our operations effectively.
  • Champion a high-performance culture that reflects our values and creates a great employee experience.
