The Challenge We are hiring for a HR Manager to help us attract and secure top-tier local Dutch talent across a range of roles within our organization. In addition to sourcing and placing candidates, this role also involves supporting local compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all hiring processes align with Dutch labor laws and standards. Day in the Life of an HR Manager - NL at GTE Understand role requirements and candidate profiles Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies Present qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers Support candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress for ongoing recruitment projects Own the local labor law and regulatory compliance of the company Important Numbers for this Role Successfully endorsed top talents who perfectly align with the required role specifications. Maintained a high standard of candidate submissions, with 90% of endorsed candidates progressing to interviews. Your Team When You Join Us You’ll be working directly with the CEO and closely collaborate with our Remote HR Manager and Team to understand role requirements and culture qualification to ensure candidate alignment. While you’ll operate independently, you’ll have access to the support and guidance of our remote HR team to help streamline the recruitment process and ensure seamless communication.
