HR Manager (Netherlands)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Netherlands) to help further professionalize our HR department and play a key role in supporting our Dutch employees and managers.

Your Role

As HR Manager, you are responsible for daily HR activities within the Netherlands. You ensure that HR processes run smoothly, comply with Dutch laws and regulations, and align with the needs of our organization. Additionally, you act as a sparring partner for managers and actively contribute to a positive employee experience.

What Are You Going to Do?

  • To be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related topics.
  • Overseeing correct compliance with Dutch labor legislation and HR guidelines.
  • Guiding the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Managing and maintaining personnel files and HR administration.
  • Supporting performance management, talent development, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Advising managers on personnel issues, absenteeism, employment conditions, and HR policy.
  • Coordinating operational HR processes, including leave administration and employment conditions.
  • Drafting, improving, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Initiating projects that contribute to engagement, satisfaction, and a strong company culture.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to make HR processes more efficient and effective.
