YOUR NEW ROLE
Your new role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR team to ensure business-focused operational and strategic HR advice. You will interpret HR policies, employment legislation, advise on risk management and coach and support managers in handling people management, industrial relations and change processes. You’ll formulate partnerships across the HR function to engage and deliver value-added services to the organisation.
You’ll also be involved in resolving employee relations issues, policy development, developing strategies, solutions and programs. You’ll also need to remain up to date with legal requirements in regards to management of employees including reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
