Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be primarily responsible for meeting people and cultural deliverables, providing HR advice and IR advice to managers and employees. You’ll work with the leadership team to implement strategic business plans whilst managing a team of 3.
Key responsibilities will be:
Coordinate all strategic and operational aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development and compensation and benefits. Management of two staff members develop partnerships with client groups that promote a high-performance culture and build employee engagement, develop, develop and deliver value-added initiatives that contribute to the achievement of the HR strategic plan. Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters by providing coaching, guidance, advice and assistance to managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives. Coach, mentor and develop managers. Enhancing their people. Management skills identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes, procedures and policies. Participate in a range of HR projects
