KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Experienced HR generalist – CIPD qualified or qualified to an equivalent level through experience
  • Proven track record of effective employee relations management and a good working knowledge of employment law
  • Experienced recruiter, with knowledge of best practice, inclusive, candidate attraction and selection up to Senior Leadership level
  • Experience of managing HR administration and operations, including use of HR systems and Microsoft packages
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, orally and in writing. Can demonstrate an ability to effectively and confidently speak in public settings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to work effectively with other employees at all levels and external parties
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures and systems
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required
