You are an experienced HR professional who feels comfortable in a technical production environment. You can think strategically and tactically, but are also practical when necessary.You are assertive enough to make your own voice heard within the Management Team and to challenge the Managing Director when necessary. At the same time, you know how to get people on board and create support for change.You bring:

• HBO or WO working and thinking level, preferably in HRM, Business Administration or similar;
• extensive experience within a broad HR role;
• experience as a sparring partner for the board and management;
• experience with leadership, organizational development, performance, absenteeism, and employment law;
• preferably experience guiding or managing HR professionals;
• experience within the manufacturing industry or a similar technical/production environment;
• good command of Dutch and English.
